When did Pakistan and India offer help to each other?

When did Pakistan and India offer help to each other?

Since the formation of Pakistan and India, the two countries have suffered many times from earthquakes, floods, diseases and other calamities. Being in the same region, sometimes disasters come together. Both countries also accepted aid from other countries of the world in these disasters and also remembered the countries that helped in difficult times. Despite being neighbors, help was offered to each other every time, but there is no example of any country accepting this help. If we look only at the recent events, it is clear that whether it was the 2005 earthquake in Pakistan or the 2010 floods, the catastrophic rains in 2014 or the catastrophic floods in the Indian state of Kerala, on both these occasions the two countries Offered to help each other but the two countries did not respond positively to each other's goodwill.

When floods swept through Pakistan's Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces in 2010, Indian Foreign Minister SM Krishna called his Pakistani counterpart Shah Mehmood Qureshi to offer help. Which was later not accepted by Pakistan. In 2014, when rains caused flooding on both sides of the Line of Control, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi offered help. In response to the offer, Pakistan Foreign Office spokesperson Tasneem Aslam offered help in Indian-administered Kashmir, saying, "We would be happy to help Kashmiris on both sides of the LoC."

For the first time in American history, women have been appointed to senior positions

For the first time in American history, women have been appointed to senior positions

In the White House, Biden's media team is made up of women

For the first time in U.S. history, President-elect Joe Biden has shocked many in the White House press by appointing women to all positions. Some veterans of the Obama administration are said to be leading the new administration's communications team.  Experts have also been included. In this regard, US President Joe Biden said, "I am proud to announce today that for the first time, the White House Senior Communications Team is made up entirely of women.

These capable and experienced communicators have different perspectives on their work and their common aspirations for the reconstruction of this country. ”Biden's Transition Team  The choice is made up of diverse, experienced and talented women and reflects the incoming president's commitment to "creating an administration that looks like the United States and working families."  Be prepared to be fruitful from day one.

However, four of the seven women nominated belong to the black community. In the Obama administration, Jennifer Psaki was the director of communications at the White House, and Joe Biden has long nominated her for the post of press secretary.  In a tweet, Jennifer Psaki said, "This team is made up of some of the best talent, including experienced experienced communicators, all of whom are women. The most diverse team."  Kate Bedding field, Biden and Kamala Harris' campaign spokeswoman, has been named White House communications director. Biden has been with Kate since she was vice president.  Biden's senior adviser, Simon Sanders, will serve as chief spokeswoman for newly elected Vice President Kamala Harris. Biden's former press secretary, Elizabeth Alexander, will be the next US first lady's communications director, Jill Biden.

The team also includes Karen Drein Prairie and Ashley Etienne, who will serve as principal vice press secretaries at the White House, while Ashley will serve as communications director for newly elected vice president Camillaheris.  Will have.  Biden's campaign communications director, Pelli Tuber, has been appointed deputy communications director at the White House. Cabinet members must be approved by the Senate, but the president's team is authorized to make such speeches.  No approval required.  The Trump administration has included a number of women, including a press secretary and a press director, but Biden's team has sought to diversify as well as bring the press to the White House in line with past traditions.  Biden's media team, on the other hand, hopes to maintain coordination with the press as well as establish serious relations.

However, under President Trump, he felt that he must have had a problem with women. Not only with the women of the suburbs, but also with women of all ages, races and educational backgrounds.  Polls show that not all women's groups are as supportive of Trump as they were in the 2016 election. Women have been keeping their distance from Republican presidential candidates for decades since the 1980s.  What is happening to them is that the 2020 election is a continuation of the same long-standing movement. The imbalance of men and women was seen in all political parties. The gender gap in political identity is also present in this presidential election.  This trend continued even before he became president. In the 2008 election, 56% of women and 49% of men voted for Barack Obama, but in the 2012 election, this gender was in favor of Barack Obama.  The gap had widened by 10%, with 45% of men voting for women compared to 55% for women.  According to Wells, the gender gap between Trump and Hillary Clinton was 13 points.

The Democracy Fund and the UCLA Nation Space Project interviewed more than 100,000 Americans between June 2020 and October 22. On average, the gender gap between the two political parties was 13 points in terms of registered votes.  The simple reason for this difference is that most of the men are Republicans and most of the women are Democrats. To find out what the 2020 election campaign is all about.  How are you? You can look at any electoral group. Men and women, independents, suburban men and women, people over the age of 65, saw fewer supporters of Trump than in 2016. Among rural voters in the United States.  This trend also appeared.  Nation Space data shows that Americans living in rural areas fell six points away from Trump, down from 66 percent to 60 percent, while support among women fell from 54 percent to 50 percent.  The data also shows electoral differences among Republicans. Compared to Democrats' Joe Biden rate, Donald Trump's own party did not have the support it had in the 2016 election. In an interview with Nation Space, 94% of Republicans said  He went on to vote for Trump in the 2016 election.  In 2020, the rate dropped to 91 percent. Among Republican women, the rate dropped from 92 percent to 90 percent. Guess how a record number of women and men voted for Joe Biden.  Were out for

How to live Joyfully

See how to address the larger issues of my life

There are no large issues in your life  what is the large issue  that you're talking about it is just about what job to take a which girl to marry  whether to get married but not get married you know little things isn't it .

These are not large issues these are some little things in your life. Yes is it just a small thing whom I get married too I'm not saying it's a small thing but as an issue is the smallest little issue as a consequence to your life yes it has many things, but this is something that human beings have done for millions of years we have enough experience on this things .

We know  that , whatever job we take whoever we marry it is just the way we make out of it every experience of life you can make it an enriching experience every experience in your life you can make a curse out of it.

See there is nothing wrong in your job whatever job you're doing there's nothing wrong getting this job there's nothing wrong  and losing this job there's nothing wrong in getting married there's nothing wrong in getting divorced  there is nothing wrong in not getting married. There is nothing wrong in anything there's nothing wrong in this or that. But it is just that you make misery out of it that's wrong you do this you make misery out of it if you do that to make misery out of it that's what is wrong with you. So you got married is it wrong that's not the point.

There's nothing wrong with it you did not get married  it's wrong no there's nothing wrong with it that's wonderful too you got to divorced it is it's wrong no that's also wonderful it is just that you make misery out of everything that's what is wrong. You just address that one issue everything will be settled that's what we're looking at.

How not to make misery out everything  this one thing is settled everything is settled isn't. Yes if you know how to walk through this world joyfully through managing divorce and everything if you know how to walk to this joyfully what is the problem whatever you do is beautiful isn't it.

If you don't even know how to be happy don't have such goals as a realization they're very far away from you see you are just dismissing something very fundamental to our life with the stupid definition happiness is not just a state of mind it is just the basis of the quality of life that you live here.

If you are capable of going to this world joyfully then you could talk about going beyond you're not even capable of going thru this joyfully talking about beyond is no good there is no way I'm telling, there is simply no way for a person who's constantly creating inner battles along the time how he really dealing with the bonded to surf life and how he needs wins in that.

There's no question It doesn't arise in your life so first thing is working toward to be a blissful human being if that happens the rest becomes very simple because a blissful human being ones your happiness is not at stake anything that's needed you would do . Right now you cannot do what's needed because always what happens is at stake your thinking what which is the right thing to do which is the right thing to do there is no right thing to do in your life. There is no wrong thing to do in your life if you know how not to make misery out of everything that you do whatever you're doing is the right thing if you are making misery out of everything that you're do everything that you do is a wrong thing.

So that's only issue you have to look.

Best way to lose weight

 We have this idea that:

If we want to lose weight we joined a gym on January 1 we start working out regularly and eventually be slim down well here's some bad news , I read more than 60 studies on this

and it turns out exercise is actually pretty useless when it comes to weight loss doctor

Kevin hall at the national institutes of health has done some of the most important studies on

exercise and weight loss we need to rebrand exercise exercise in a weight loss tool per/se

it's excellent for health it's probably the best single thing that you can do other than

stopping  smoking to improve your health bites don't look at it as a weight loss tool

exercise will definitely help you live a longer happier life

https://amzn.to/2SH3ZDj

it's just not the best way to lose

weight and the reason has to do with how our bodies use energy you may not realize it but

physical activity is actually a tiny component of your daily energy burns there are 3 main

ways our bodies burn calories these include your resting metabolism so that's how much

energy your body burns just for its basic functioning just to keep you alive basically the

other part of energy expenditures the thermic effect of food and not just how much energy

is required to break food down in your body. Third part of energy expenditure is physical

activity for most people physical activity that's any movement you do only accounts for

about 10 to 30 percent of energy use so the vast majority of energy or calories you burn

every day comes from your Basil or resting metabolism over which you have very little

control while 100 percent of your calories in are up to you only about 30 percent of your

calories out for in your control one study found that if a 200 pound man ran for an hour 4

days a week for a month he lose about 5 pounds at most assuming everything else stays the

same and everything else doesn't stay the same researchers have found we make all kinds

of behavioral and physiological adaptations when we start increasing the amount of exercise

we're getting every day for one thing exercise tends to make people hungry and I'm sure

you know the feeling you you go for a spinning class in the morning and then by the time

you breakfast you're so hungry you may be double the size of the portion of oatmeal you

normally eat there's also evidence to suggest that some people simply slow down after a

workout so if you went running in the morning you might be less inclined to take the stairs

at work these are called compensatory behaviors they're basically the various ways we

unknowingly undermine our workouts researchers have also discovered a phenomenon

called metabolic compensation as people start to slim down the resting metabolism can slow

down so the amount of energy you burn while at rest is lower that means it this far might

shrink as you start to lose weight for still a lot of research to be done but one study from

2012 is particularly interesting they went out into the middle of the Savannah in Tanzania

to measure the energy burn among a group of hunter gathers called the heads up these are

super active Lina hunter gathers they're not spending their days behind a computer at a desk

and what they found was shocking what we found is there is no difference at all so even

though the how to have a much more physically active lifestyle they were burning anymore

calories every day the adults in the U. S. and Europe somehow.

https://amzn.to/3lxw9gF

The energy they used for  physical activity was being offset or conserved elsewhere so how did they stay slim they

don't over eat we can undo the calories that we burn off an exercise pretty quickly it would

take about an hour running to burn off the big mac and fries you have to spend about an

hour dancing pretty vigorously to burn off 3 glasses of wine you might drink with dinner

an hour of cycling really intensely on exercise bikes to burn off about 2 donuts and that's

why exercise is best seen as a healthy supplement for a strategy that's focused on food but

despite extremely high obesity rates in the U. S. government agencies continue to present

exercise as a solution as do companies with the real interest in making sure we keep eating

and drinking their products since the 19 twenties companies like coca Cola have been

aligning themselves with the exercise message the idea here is that you can drink all these

extra bottles of soda as long as you work out but as we're seeing it doesn't work like that

actually burning off those extra calories from Canistota is really really hard we have an

obesity problem in this country a mission to a low physical activity and eating too many

calories is equally responsible for it public health policy makers should really prioritize

improving our food environment to help people make healthier choices about what they eat

it's not impossible to lose weight through exercise it's just a lot harder and we need to

recognize how that works if you do go to the gym the burn all these galleries takes you a

long time to do so and put in a great amount of effort you can erase all of that in 5 minutes

and eating a slice of pizza it's relative magnitude is is actually quite surprising and most

people don't appreciate that.

Qatari sheikh punished to worker with electric shock as example to others

Qatari sheikh punished to worker with electric shock as example to others

He placed the shock collar on the worker who had abused Mr Al Thani’s dog and shocked him Mr Hope said.

“When Mr Al Thani did this, he lined up all the physical labourers, approximately 10 to 15 people at his personal residence and made them watch.

A witness told The National that the sheikh repeatedly pressed the remote control button on a unit that operated the collar.

The Indian worker screamed in pain, collapsed and was left with burns around his neck, it was claimed.

Dog shock collars are training devices designed to deliver up to 6,000 volts of electricity for up to 11 seconds at a time to control an animal’s behaviour, welfare groups said.

The RSPCA said its staff tested the devices on themselves during their efforts to have the devices banned and said they “applied a decent shock – it hurts”.

The devices are banned in parts of the UK because of the harm and suffering they cause. The government promised to make them illegal across Britain.

Police Tasers, designed to bring down violent attackers, peak at 50,000 volts.

Mr Hope also told of a multinational group brought in to work at the Doha Race Club, a racing track that Sheikh Khalid owned and built in 2008.
