صدر نے یہ بات جمعہ کو بانی قوم قائداعظم محمد علی جناح کی برسی کے موقع پر مزار قائد جانے پر میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے بتائی۔ اس موقع پر وزیر اعلیٰ سندھ سید مراد علی شاہ اور گورنر سندھ عمران اسماعیل بھی موجود تھے۔
صدر نے کہا کہ کراچی کی شہری صورتحال بہتر ہوگی کیونکہ وفاقی اور سندھ حکومتیں شہر کی ترقی کے لئے ایک ہزار ایک سو ارب روپے کے نئے پیکیج پر عملدرآمد کے لئے ایک دوسرے کے ساتھ مشترکہ تعاون کریں گی۔ صدر مملکت نے کہا کہ کسی کو پردہ نہ ہونے والے کراچی ترقیاتی پیکیج کی صداقت پر کوئی شبہ نہیں ہونا چاہئے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ وفاقی اور سندھ حکومتوں کو شہر کے لوگوں کے مسائل حل کرنے کے لئے اگلے تین سالوں کے لئے ایک دوسرے کے ساتھ جامع انداز میں تعاون کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ خدا کے فضل سے حکومت ملک میں کورونا وائرس کی ایمرجنسی کی صورتحال پر قابو پانے میں کامیاب ہے۔ صدر نے کہا کہ حکومت نے غربت کے خاتمے کے اپنے اولین اقدام ، احسان پروگرام پر عمل کیا ہے تاکہ ملک میں محروم لوگوں کی مدد کی جاسکے۔ انہوں نے تعریف کی کہ متعلقہ مخیر حضرات بھی کورونا وائرس کے ایمرجنسی کے مشکل وقت میں ملک کی مدد کے لئے سرگرم عمل ہوئے ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ COVID-19 صحت کے بحران کے دوران اپنے فرائض سرانجام دیتے ہوئے ڈاکٹروں اور پیرا میڈیکل اسٹاف نے بھی ہمت کا مظاہرہ کیا تھا۔ صدر نے اس بات کی تعریف کی کہ متعلقہ شہریوں نے COVID-19 وبائی امراض کے دوران نظم و ضبط کا مظاہرہ کیا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اس سلسلے میں متعلقہ میڈیا اور مذہبی اسکالرز نے بھی عوام میں مفید آگاہی پیدا کرنے میں اپنا کردار ادا کیا ہے۔ "کورونا وائرس ایمرجنسی کے خلاف پاکستان کی کامیابی ایک انوکھی کامیابی ہے۔ مختلف ممالک میں ایک رائے قائم ہے کہ پاکستانی قوم سے بہت کچھ سیکھا جاسکتا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستانی قوم پوری دنیا میں کامیاب ترین ممالک کی جماعت میں شامل ہونے کے لئے تیار ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا ، "اگر ہم سب قائد اعظم کے خواب کو عملی جامہ پہنانے کی خاطر اس ملک کی تعمیر کے لئے متحد ہوجائیں تو پھر اس کی کوئی وجہ نہیں ہوگی کہ پاکستان کو کسی اور قوم نے پیچھے چھوڑ دیا ہے۔"

The 5 Second Rule is simple. If you have an instinct to act on a goal, you must physically move within 5 seconds or your brain will kill it.
The moment you feel an instinct or a desire to act on a goal or a commitment, use the Rule.
When you feel yourself hesitate before doing something that you know you should do, count 5-4-3-2-1-GO and move towards action.
A lot of people think instincts are stupid and meaningless. I disagree.
Research has shown that our gut is our “second brain.” Do you ever get a feeling in your gut telling you what to do?
We get these “gut feelings” when our hearts and minds are trying to tell us something. And usually, these gut impulses are tied to greater goals.
It’s easy for us to list what we want. We want a great job, to be financially free, to be healthy, happy, and have amazing people in our lives.
Even though we have these greater goals, it’s so simple to brush off the actions that will lead us toward achieving these things.
If you have a gut instinct to call a friend, then you should do it.
You already know how much you value your friends. When you get that gut
feeling to speak up in a meeting, you should act on it. Same goes with
any instinct tied to a goal.
